zp77 may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include a national identity card, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Age Limit and Eligibility

Important: zp77 is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Only those who are 21 years of age or older are permitted to open an account and use this platform.

To use zp77 services, a user must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to prove it when required.
  • Must access this platform of their own free will.
  • Must use their own funds — using another person's money or borrowed funds is not permitted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on zp77: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
  • Deposits must be made only from the mobile banking account belonging to the person in whose name the zp77 account is registered.
  • Deposits from a mobile banking account in a third party's name are not accepted.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account immediately after verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the registered payment method.
  • Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification is incomplete.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

4.3 Transaction Verification

zp77 reserves the right to verify any transaction in the interest of fraud prevention. If an unusual transaction pattern is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

zp77 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus has its own terms which should be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (you must place bets worth 20 times the bonus amount). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete ৳20,000 worth of bets before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses are counted only on real money bets; bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward meeting the wagering requirement.
  • Each bonus offer has an expiry date; unused bonuses will be cancelled once they expire.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • If bonus abuse is detected, zp77 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and related winnings.
  • zp77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can be part of our VIP program. There are three tiers:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

You can move up to a higher tier through ongoing active participation and regular activity on the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to the use of all games and betting features available on zp77. Specific rules for particular games or events may exist and will be stated in the relevant section.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) technology. zp77 ensures a fair and impartial gaming environment and does not alter game results in any way.

6.2 Technical Errors

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zp77 platform:

  • Attempting to access another person's account without permission.
  • Using any software, robot, bot, or automated method to conduct activities on the platform.
  • Abusing the bonus system or seeking out loopholes to act in bad faith.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to test or disrupt the platform's security systems.
  • Engaging in harassing behaviour toward other users.
  • Operating multiple accounts or collecting bonuses under multiple identities.
  • Registering under another person's identity or using a false identity.

Consequences: Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Termination

In the following circumstances zp77 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice:

  • If any clause of these Terms is violated.
  • If false or incomplete registration information is provided.
  • If the age limit condition is violated.
  • If the user is involved in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • If required for security or legal reasons.

8.1 Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If there are pending bets at the time of the closure request, the balance will be settled after they are completed.
